Tarte aux pommes à l'alsacienne

Monday night I worked on a traditional pâtisserie called une tarte aux pommes (apple tart). What I liked about this is this comes from the Alsace region. I haven't really liked some of the tartes aux pommes I've eaten so far, although the crust has been delicious, so I was hoping for something good. This turned out really delicious though!
